Samuel F. Paterniti, M.D.
Dr. Paterniti, one of the founding members of the Women's Health Center of Lebanon, is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Paterniti's practice is strictly gynecology. His special interests include infertility, and urogynecology. He attended the University of Buffalo as an undergraduate and went on to receive his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Paterniti completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the State University of New York Hospitals also located in Buffalo, New York. He remained in Western New York for a short time in private practice prior to moving to Lebanon. Dr. Paterniti joined with Drs. Heisey, Lape, and Poust to found the Women's Health Center of Lebanon in 1971.
Dr. Paterniti is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the American Society of Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology, the Gynecological Laser Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Society of Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeons.
