Our Physicians

Alexi E. Achenbach, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Achenbach was raised in nearby Middletown, Pennsylvania. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-medicine at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed her residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

She has a special interest in teen care, high risk obstetrics and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Achenbach is a certified da Vinci robotic surgeon which has expanded her range of gynecologic procedures. She has also served as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital since 2014.

In her spare time, Dr. Achenbach stays busy with her 3 children and bulldog. She enjoys yoga, bike riding, reading and doing home renovation projects with her husband.
Elizabeth Andes, M.D.
Dr. Andes was born and raised in Southern California, completing a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She attended medical school in Ohio at the University of Toledo. Working steadily east, she recently completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Her special interests include family planning and laparoscopic surgery. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, volleyball, and time with her friends and family.
Dennis J. Easter, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Easter is an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN and an advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgeon. He practices all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology, with a special interest in advanced laparoscopic surgery, endometriosis, pelvic support disorders and chronic pelvic pain. 

  Dr. Easter is vice president of the Medical Staff at The Good Samaritan Hospital. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at The Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and previously practiced in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Dr. Easter, a native of Southern California, is also an accomplished artist and musician. He and his wife have four sons.
Roger A. Hine, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Hine is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He hails from the small Midwestern town of Arkansas City, Kansas, where he was raised on a farm. He completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford and the University of Kansas.

After working several years in the open-heart critical care unit at Baylor University Medical Center, he attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. This was followed by pursuit of postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Hine joined the Women’s Health Center of Lebanon in 2000.

Dr. Hine practices all aspects of general obstetrics and gynecology, but maintains a special interest in minimally invasive surgery. 
Kathrine E. Lupo, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Lupo is a Pennsylvania native. She was born and raised in Downingtown. She graduated from Albright College in Reading with a B.S. in biochemistry. She then spent the next eight years in Hershey, attending medical school and residency at Penn State University College of Medicine. 

After residency, she travelled down south to Tallahassee, Florida, where she spent two years building an obstetrical practice. 

She has now happily returned to Pennsylvania to be close to her family and friends. 

Her interests include adolescent gynecology, endometriosis and minimally invasive surgery.
Maryanne T. McLaughlin, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. McLaughlin, a native of Philadelphia, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She is interested in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, especially menstrual abnormalities and helping women transition through menopause. Dr. McLaughlin graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Pittsburgh’s Magee – Women’s Hospital.  

Dr. McLaughlin joined the Women’s Health Center in 1997 and was the first female obstetrician to practice in Lebanon County. In her free time, Dr. McLaughlin enjoys cooking, gardening, exercise, and travel.
Jonas Wilson-Leedy, M.D.
Jonas Wilson-Leedy relocated to Central PA following his medical education at the University of Rochester in Upstate NY. 

He completed residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center with an emphasis upon advanced laparoscopic procedures including certification on the da Vinci robotic system. 

In addition to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, he has a special interest in high risk obstetrics. Jonas chose to remain in the capital region because the area is such a great place to raise a family. 

He keeps busy in his spare time enjoying all the area has to offer with his wife and five children.
Jilian George White, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Jilian White is a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist whose practice interests include all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, offering robotically assisted laparoscopy and single-site robotically assisted laparoscopic surgery. She also offers specialized treatments for bladder control problems. 

Jilian was born and raised in Downingtown, PA. She moved to Philadelphia, PA after high school to attend Drexel University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Next, she moved to Washington, DC where she attended The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. After graduating from medical school, she moved back to Philadelphia to complete her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Jilian moved to Lebanon, PA in 2010 to join the Women’s Health Center of Lebanon. She happily resides here with her husband, two children, two dogs, two cats and two fish. She enjoys spending time with her family and has a growing passion for endurance sports. What she loves most about the Lebanon area is the beautiful scenery and amazing people.

Our Nurse Practitioners

Jennifer Weaver, MSN, CRNP
Jen was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Nursing diploma from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing/Penn State (Philadelphia) in 1995 and continued on to earn a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Penn State World Campus.

She then graduated cum laude from Drexel University (Philadelphia) with a Master of Science in nursing degree and is Board Certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

She is a member of the Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau. She is also a member of the following organizations: AANP (American Association of Nurse Practitioners), AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, and Neonatal Nursing) and NPWH (Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health).

She is currently and has been a women’s health nurse for 19 years, specializing in Labor and Delivery. She has her certification in Inpatient Obstetrics.

Special interests include adolescent gynecology and vulvovaginal disorders.

She is married and has two busy Jack Russell puppies: Jackie & Rustle. In her spare time she likes to play with her dogs, spend time with family, and take naps.

Leanne Kantner, MSN, CRNP
Leanne was born and raised in Lebanon, PA. She received her bachelor of nursing degree from Pensacola Christian College and her master of science in nursing and nurse practitioner degree from Widener University. Leanne is Board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She has experience working in both family practice and obstetrics and gynecology settings. 

Leanne lives with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
